The Financial Secretary receives all funds, records and deposits them, and reports them to the Church Treasurer, Church Council and Voters.
To insure offerings received during worship services are gathered and counted at the conclusion of these services.
To produce individual charitable gift receipt summaries of all donations received each quarter.
To report amounts received to the Council and Voters.
To assist in developing forms for giving.
To train and oversee the counters and make up a counting schedule and distribute to the counting team.
